About Our Plans
Medicare Advantage
Health Alliance Medicare offers three Medicare Advantage plans—HMO 20 (HMO), PPO 10 (PPO) and PPO 30 (PPO).
HMO 20 (HMO)*
Features low copayments, no deductible and a large network of doctors to choose from.
PPO 10 (PPO)*
Offers affordable premiums and copayments, plus the flexibility to see any doctor.
PPO 30 (PPO)*
Provides lower monthly premiums. With PPO plans you can choose any doctor, but you pay less when you use doctors and hospitals in our network.
Prescription Coverage Options
You can add Part D prescription coverage to HMO 20, PPO 10 and PPO 30 plans.

Medicare Supplement
Medicare Supplement Plans let you use any doctor and hospital, and most plans have no copayments. You can also pair these plans with a standalone prescription drug plan.
We offer Medicare Supplement plans A, C, F and N.
Prescription Coverage Only
Our Stand-Alone Prescription Drug Plans are perfect if you just need prescription coverage.
