HMO 20
Our HMO plan—available in 27 East Central Illinois counties—allows you to see a host of doctors in our network, receive coverage right away without having to meet a deductible and keep costs manageable with set copayments. A Medicare Advantage plan, HM0 20 replaces Original Medicare and offers more benefits shown in Plan Features below.
Plan Features
- The monthly premium is $100.
- Low copayments and coverage for annual physicals and essential screenings.
- Extra help if you have diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other chronic conditions.
- Very little paperwork and fast claims payment.
- You won’t pay more than $1,500 per year for covered services.

Add Prescription Coverage
You can add Part D prescription coverage to any of our Medicare Advantage plans for an additional monthly cost.
- The monthly premium with Rx-level pharmacy coverage is $144 per month.
