Stand-Alone Prescription Coverage
Health Alliance Medicare offers Stand-Alone Part D prescription coverage to pair with Original Medicare or a Medicare Supplement plan. Part D Stand-Alone plans help members control their drug costs and give them access to our helpful Pharmacy department.
Here’s how the plan works:
- Our Basic Prescription Drug Plan (PDP)

- The monthly premium is $46.60. (If you qualify for extra help from Medicare, your premium will generally be lower. View reduced rates.)
- Offers coverage before the coverage gap.
- Provides coverage for members who reach the Post-Coverage Gap (also called the Catastrophic Coverage Period).

The number of contracted pharmacies in the Health Alliance Medicare network meets or exceeds the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements for pharmacy access in your area.
