service department known as Health Alliance Medicare Services. When you call
our non-automated customer service line, you'll reach an actual representative
who can provide fast friendly assistance with:
coverage issues
eligibility
physician designations or changes
ID cards
address or member status changes
guidance on appeals
general membership questions
utilization issues (i.e., authorization of care)
an aggregate number of the Plan's grievances, appeals and exceptions
In addition to helping our members with the issues listed above, our Medicare
Services Representatives also assist prospective members. If you want to know
