  Our Medicare plans have a dedicated customer service department known as Health Alliance Medicare Services. When you call our non-automated customer service line, you'll reach an actual representative who can provide fast friendly assistance with:
  • coverage issues
  • eligibility
  • physician designations or changes
  • ID cards
  • address or member status changes
  • guidance on appeals
  • general membership questions
  • utilization issues (i.e., authorization of care)
  • an aggregate number of the Plan's grievances, appeals and exceptions
In addition to helping our members with the issues listed above, our Medicare Services Representatives also assist prospective members.
